The start-up was an offshoot from the Dutch parent company DMFCo.My role was to collaborate closely with the chosen platform partner, Ohpen, and other third party suppliers to ensure the delivered solution met April's requirements.• Process Mapping and Gap Analysis• Working with mortgage platform provider Ohpen and their internationally distributed teams to ensure front-office, mid-office, and back-office applications met April’s requirements. • Supported the FCA application process, working with the senior management team and legal team to ensure that our application met the requirements of the regulator.• Letter Template Lead for originations, including ESIS, Terms and Conditions and Mortgage Offer documentation. This included the definition of the RACI matrix and document control processes.• Financial Payments Systems lead, including card payment integration, BACS process and approval, CHAPS payments to solicitors and Faster Payments for commission payments• Global Pay, Lloyds GEM Direct and BACS platform integrations• System Testing and support for User Acceptance Testing• FCA Approval October 2023• Live product launch November 2023

Stone Helpline has been set up in conjunction with Stone Town Council who are funding the helpline to allow members of the public to get access to shopping, prescription collection and social phone calls etc.We are operating with 190 volunteers and our telephone call centre is open 8am to 6pm - 7 days a week

My role at Back Office has been to scope and manage the delivery of an online Timesheet Portal as well as provide a functional and technical application review of a legacy piece of software that had been previously developed in-house.During my time I've introduced Agile development practices with tools to support this.

I moved away from project management and more into system solution analysis.

Following my successful implementation of a back office solution for Parasol I was taken on as a permanent member of staff and was responsible for managing IT system projects from both a project management, business analysis and system analysis point of view.

I was brought in to the Parasol company within the group to lead on the analysis and documentation of the existing back office finance and payroll systems. From this analysis I was responsible for proposing a new "best of breed" solution to create a tightly integrated, highly automated and robust end to end solution.
