Steered UI design of Web 2.0 hosted content collaboration/document management application to architect an aesthetic, user-friendly, high-performance experience critical to the success of the startup’s core product. Led design from planning stage, including hands-on creation of design mockups and a repeatable design system that drove developers’ speed and efficiency.Highlights include:• Putting Koral on its path to acquisition by Salesforce as the designer of bleeding-edge UI/UX and an award-winning plugin for the Salesforce App Exchange that captured the attention of corporate development and led to Koral’s acquisition.• Translating UI look and feel to product marketing materials, sales collateral, and brand assets to present a consistent, polished brand as a product evangelist and brand ambassador.

I partnered on the concept, design, and development of a new product that resulted in the spinout of Koral Technologies. I improved usability, performance, and development efficiency by reviewing existing UI code, and I gathered voice-of-customer feedback to surface usability pain points and shape UI goals.
