As a dedicated and accomplished professional with a background in management, event organization, and customer service, I bring a unique blend of skills and experience to any team. My journey began in the local youth sailing program, where I progressed from assistant coach to head coach, gaining invaluable experience in leadership and program management.I hold a BS in Marketing and Management from the University of South Florida and an AA from the State College of Florida. During my time at USF, I served as President of the USF Sailing Team and Vice-President of the Sports Club Federation, where I managed budgets, organized fundraising efforts, and coordinated complex travel logistics. These roles helped me develop strong organizational, financial management, and communication skills.Professionally, I have served as Head Sailing Coach at Sarasota Youth Sailing, where I helped organize year-round and summer programs, ensuring the safety and satisfaction of participants and instructors alike. My experience also includes roles at Sarasota Yacht Club and Olymfun Sailing Center in Beijing, where I honed my skills in customer service, property maintenance, and event organization.I am passionate about leveraging my diverse experience to contribute to dynamic and forward-thinking organizations.
