Membership officer and Card services. Create card records, process disputes, answer transactional questions. Responsible for reviewing and approving applications for new and existing members using AML/BSA. Maintain records of the information used to verify the person's identity. Provide customer service to a diverse membership base as well as other employees. Process and resolve accounts with notitication of deceased person. Processing levys and making sure they are submitted within the required time frames. Writing and maintaining operational procedures to ensure all internal processes are documented

-Opening memberships and account products.-Authenticating and Validating member information before approving accounts. -Responsible for processing new CUDL and mortgage memberships.-Business Banking expert for the Contact Center.-Offering all members' products to enhance their banking needs.-Processing transactions and properly authenticating members before providing services.

- Responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual audit tasks.- Coaching and development of new tellers.- Help tellers reach sales goals and cross sell bank accounts, credit cards ect. - ATM custodian, TCD custodian and Travelers Cheques custodian.- Assist customers with account maintenance.- Responsible for the cashbox being in balance prior to closing.
