As a Center Operations Specialist & Volunteer Coordinator at USO, I manage the day-to-day operations of a welcoming and supportive environment for service members and their families. I have over 13 years of experience in both civilian and military realms, including five years of service in the United States Air Force, where I received two Air Force Achievement Medals and a number of other awards for meritorious service.My core competencies include organization skills, presentations, organizational leadership, and customer service. I am passionate about creating and maintaining a warm and engaging atmosphere for people of all ages in an international setting. I have a BA in Early Childhood Education from Post University, and I have taught English to children and adults in Japan for over four years. I am also proficient in Japanese and English languages.
