Since 1992, Joe has owned and managed hundreds of residential units in the City of Milwaukee and other locations in southeastern Wisconsin. His passion is finding efficiencies where others have been unable—constantly looking for ways to improve the resident experience while controlling costs. With extensive professional background in both finance and technology, he has been able to develop systems that have saved hundreds of man-hours of work per year, saving time and money. Learning and education have always been an emphasis in Joe’s life. While attending the University of Wisconsin—Milwaukee, he was a starter on the Men’s Basketball Team, a two-time recipient of the Dexter Riesch Scholar-Athlete Award, which is given each year to a men’s basketball player who best exemplifies the meaning of the true student-athlete, and a member of the GTE Academic All-American Team.After graduating from UW-Milwaukee with a double major in Finance and Marketing and a minor in Economics, Joe worked for Andersen Consulting where he sharpened his consultative and problem-solving skills, helping companies develop processes and technology to solve business issues. Those skills coupled with hard work helped him establish his own consulting company, SysLogic, Inc. As a business owner, Joe understands the unique challenges business owners face. Joe then spent almost 14 years in the financial services industry where his primary focus was to help individuals build sound retirement income plans for those who were in or near retirement.Joe was born and raised in Brookfield, Wisconsin and continues to reside in Brookfield with his wife, Renee, and his three children, William, George, and Isabella. He enjoys all facets of sports—watching, playing, and coaching—and spending time with his family.
