I head up all creative content, production, programming and news at the award winning 106 JACKfm and the world's first JACK 2 as European radio's youngest content director.

My main role sees me write and produce branded content copy for all our major clients including Sky, Tesco and Swiftcover. My creative input has seen huge results for our clients, often converting them in to seeing radio as a successful part of their media buying. I work very closely with our sales, digital, sponsorship and promotions teams to create the best possible campaigns for clients who see our creativity as standout. I’m employed by Avalon on a freelance basis as first choice cover to studio manage the Sony Radio Academy Gold Award winning Frank Skinner Show. This includes managing the talent in the studio for both on air and during podcast recordings and being on hand with any technical support that may be needed.

Wise Buddah hired me to create imaging for 'BBC Radio 1 in Ibiza' as well as a new package for Norwegian national station NRK P3.

We rebranded Passion Radio to FM107.9 in 2006, and have since turned perceptions of the station around with not only listeners, but clients as well, we are now seen an ever-growing and evolving station with engaging promotions and a fresh, upfront playlist to which I have significant input to in weekly playlist meetings. I am also trusted to take responsibility for scheduling music and the programme director's duties when my seniors are absent. October 2007 saw the launch of the first JACKfm branded station outside of North America, which involved countless hours of preparation from the day the licence was awarded by Ofcom to way past launch date, including constant imaging refreshment and song gathering for our unrivalled playlist. JACKfm is unique in UK radio, it is the only FM station to have just one live weekday show at Breakfast, this opens up new challenges as station producer to keep listeners engaged. My role at Juice saw me take on countless different tasks and challenges, with these, I stayed loyal and made myself a versatile, valued and dynamic member of the team throughout the years. My work saw me apply my OB engineering skills all over the world, including Las Vegas and Rome, as well as closer to home, often with a tight budget and to sort notice. I worked on or had some involvement with every show across everyday, which helped me develop a clear head for programming and programming related issues and furthermore made me entirely confident in handling an on-air studio. I thrive on the chance to apply creativity to air and producing radio that is fresh and alive in the listeners mind as an appointment to listen. I was also deputy producer on Louis Hurst’s Breakfast Portion, preparing the show and managing the on air talent. My greatest achievement at Juice was winning the Sony Radio Academy Bronze for the Best Weekly Music Show for the urban music show ‘Speakerbox’ as the show’s producer. I managed to keep a solid format to the show even through changes of the shows on air talent and even a later show name change to ‘TopNotch’. During my time at Juice I saw overall Rajar results rocket right across all day-parts I also built up a valuable network of contacts from working on all different types of show, whom I still keep in touch with. The entire team at Juice won CRCA Commercial Station of the Year in 2003.
