About Joshua Powers

As a proud Navy veteran and nuclear submarine officer, I was able to serve something larger than myself, travel the globe, and work alongside outstanding people from all over the world. Together, we solved complex problems and improved critical processes mired by entrenched inefficiencies. My background as a nuclear submarine officer taught me how to use innovative technologies and operate in the austere environment of the deep sea. Dealing with on-going fiscal constraints taught me how to employ these technologies in innovative ways while effectively balancing risk and getting the job done. As an intelligence professional with an active TS/SCI clearance, I have a keen understanding of emerging threats and how to meet the challenges of tomorrow. These lessons have informed my work with multi-national teams and taught me how to thrive in a complex environment with competing priorities.Along the way, I discovered my passion – working alongside people that genuinely care about what they’re doing and building a strategic vision to help them reach their full potential.I look forward to continuing to work with great people who are eager to face tomorrow’s challenges and make the world a better place.Strategic Planning | Project Management | Team Building | Logistics | Crisis Management | Talent Acquisition and Development | International Relations | Business Development
