Passionate about writing and problem-solving throughout employment and everyday life. A bit more about me:I am constantly seeking ways to expand my knowledge about the world and its cultures. Whether it be traveling to other countries, watching television and movies in different languages or even having conversations with people of different backgrounds. I believe that diversity in the workplace creates a stronger and newfound sense of community. Throughout college and high school I discovered my passion for enlightenment of the world. For six years I worked at a Mexican restaurant and learned much about hispanic culture. During my summers, I have worked on the coast of Lake Erie where I have met hundreds of foreign exchange students from all around the globe. More recently, I studied abroad in Florence, Italy for five months and immersed myself in the Italian lifestyle. My admiration for the architecture, arts, cuisine, language and overall way of life is beyond calculable. As a communication student, I believe it is an advantage to have experienced public relations portrayals with international companies. Overseas, my critical thinking skills have shaped the way I approach new situations and assisted in my shift of culture. I was able to enhance my adaptability and problem-solving skills, as well as learn the importance of intercultural communication. As a presently confident writer and public speaker, I am also an exceptionally resourceful and creative person.When I am not traveling or studying, I enjoy spending time with my dog, making music, dabbling in photography and drinking espresso.
