 My people skills, compassion, and love of helping people in the medical atmosphere worked together to provide a calming environment for all who entered the office creating excellent client relations. I pulled daily charts, checked patients in and out and scheduled appointments, accepted and recorded cash and credit card payments, and entered patient data using Quixote software. My excellent telephone skills were effective in calling inactive patients where I achieved a 50% patient response to schedule new appointments. Using superior communication, listening, and multitasking skills I answered phones and made phone calls with a smile. I helped solve problems that arose with a friendly attitude that kept patients happy as we assessed their needs and came to a workable solution. I am a team player who worked effectively with others, demonstrated flexibility in the office as an asset to the Doctor and the rest of the staff whenever needed. Always practiced HIPPA standards.  I assessed my office surroundings and responsibilities and offered solutions where I saw improvement could be made and was willing to follow whatever decision was determined appropriate. I handled all office responsibilities well, while multitasking and learned new skills quickly as we scanned records into the new software program and transitioned to a paperless system. I performed office duties such as: filing, mailing, ordering lab tests, faxing, scanning, data entry, retail sales, ordering of supplements and supplies, keeping the front office and patient rooms neat and organized.
