John has led the graduate recruitment campaigns for multiple global leadership schemes and has delivered award-winning student and graduate employability programmes working in Higher Education.He has worked with and alongside University leaders to develop and deliver impactful employability strategies to improve institutional KPIs such as Graduate Outcomes and NSS.John has extensive experience of designing and delivering workshops for a wide range of stakeholders, and in particular, has experience of this within the former Soviet Union. This includes speaking at a British Council conference in Baku on employability in HE, and leading a delegation of students to Azerbaijan for a cultural and employability exchange in 2019.Assisting with identifying, sourcing, acquiring & developing graduate talent into businesses large & small.
