Recruiter by day, strongman by night!I’m passionate about building high-performing teams in change and transformation. My journey began at Practicus as a resourcer in the Lloyds Reinsurance Market, where I developed my recruitment expertise. From there, I stepped into operational leadership, managing our interim delivery team. Though I remained hands-on, I had the opportunity to lead a small but highly effective team of delivery professionals.In 2022, I transitioned into a Client Engagement Partner role, focusing on client relationships and business development—a role where I truly found my stride! Today, I work with senior transformation leaders across various industries, helping them find their next challenge while building and shaping exceptional teams to achieve outstanding results.Our work is centred on two core services: recruitment and advisory. Recruitment includes interim, permanent, and executive search, which we’ve delivered successfully for over 20 years. Our advisory service is particularly exciting for me—think of it as a knowledge-broking platform that offers senior leaders practical insights to tackle their toughest business problems.
