Action based engagement with client CEO, CFO, CIO like positions to insure product suite is functioning properly and users are versed in each application. We service primarily Middle Market (Commercial Business) clients with annual receivables from $10MM - $30MM annually and Public Funds clients consisting of city.state municipalities; state universities; numerous other public organizations. The product set is a full suite of receivables, payables, reporting and cash management / investment products. Including, but not limited to ZBA's (Zero Balance Accounts); Investment Sweep Accounts; ACH and Wire transactions; Lockbox set up and maintanence, CDA and DDA set up, Float Schedule Maintanence and Remote Deposit opportunities.
