• In this role, I was the on-site Team Leader at Ford for Delphi’s Body/Security Embedded Systems. Primary responsibilities included requirement analysis, insuring the development was compliant with Ford processes.
• Became well networked and respected at Ford for my work through the very difficult launch of the 2004 Freestar Smart Junction Box. Recognized as Delphi’s Body/Security Center of Expertise.
• Grew resident Body/Security team from myself supporting 2 products on 2 vehicles platforms to a team of 4 engineers supporting 8 projects consisting of 5 different products across 5 vehicles platforms.
• Received a Certificate of Excellence as part of the Freestar Launch Team for outstanding performance.
