Externally, this involved being the primary technical contact for the customer, preparing and presenting technical presentations to the customer, and staffing technical shows and events.• Established and led first global team for Delphi Body/Security in pursuit of business with GM Global A Architecture.• Led global team in building new relationships within Chrysler’s Body/Security organization; worked with Europe to leverage established relationships with Daimler. • Led global team to restore Ford’s interest and completely rebuild their confidence in Delphi’s ability to provide world class products and flawless execution. Ranked top in capability, design, and cost for the CGEA BCM.• Established relationship with Volvo Penta. Jointly developed an innovative keyless ignition system for their marine systems.

In this role, I was the on-site Team Leader at Ford for Delphi’s Body/Security Embedded Systems. Primary responsibilities included requirement analysis, insuring the development was compliant with Ford processes, vehicle/system integration, leading root cause and corrective action for integration issues, and facilitating communication between the product team and the customer.• Became well networked and respected at Ford for my work through the very difficult launch of the 2004 Freestar Smart Junction Box.
