Led a team responsible for enterprise data architecture, integration, modeling, reporting and governance using the latest in the Microsoft/Azure stack for a fully cloud-native analytics environment.

Led the creation of an enterprise data management practice, responsible for data architecture, modeling, data/app integration and a central analytics service which leveraged the Microsoft/Azure data stack (ADLS Gen 2, Data Factory, Logic Apps, Azure AD, Azure SQL DB, Purview, Synapse, and the Power BI Service) in a fully cloud-native, enterprise data environment, built from the ground-up.

Held end-to-end responsibility for Questio™ product strategy, requirements, development, release and support while also implementing ALM processes for Software Development and Product Management. Role included direct management responsibility for the Product Management team.During this time, led the creation of a new group tasked with enterprise data integration and BI.

Working with Senior Leadership, began the creation of a new software product, Questio™ which would also become the flagship name of the company’s eDiscovery service. The initial launch went from whiteboard to production in 4 months with a team of 4 people. This (now patented) software was instrumental in enabling an unheard of 90% guaranteed cull-rate of records prior to attorney review.

Played a lead role on a small development team tasked with creating proprietary eDiscovery software, directly reporting to the CIO. Managed a development team of up to 7 direct reports. Varying composition of on/off-shore resources, both full-time and contract/agency staff.

Joined Continuum Worldwide with its acquisition of Focus Solutions in January 2009. Managed software development project teams utilizing Agile development techniques and led various IT projects.

Led software development projects and team of up to 7 direct reports and facilitated work between multiple divisions of the IT department. Co-led the creation of a proprietary Electronic Discovery software, oversaw requirements, design, development and support for client-server and web-based applications. Managed and performed forensic data collections around the country for litigation discovery projects.

Supported a variety of IT and litigation service functions.

Performed various IT duties, such as networking, and PC troubleshooting. Provided on-call, technical and project support in a demanding industry (litigation support). Delivered technical equipment service and support to legal clients (attorneys & paralegals) before and during trial or arbitration. Trained personnel and managed groups for various projects.
