Responsible for management of CQI Initiatives, Quality Assurance Team, SOX Management, Training /Documentation Team and the Regulatory Awareness Program. Developed and implemented a KP wide communication and action repository for federal, state and local regulatory changes that impact the claims configuration process. This vehicle provides a tool for entities across the states to be informed timely and to promote consistency in address regulatory changes. Manage and facilitate a weekly Change Control Session with representatives from multiple-states and functions to ensure that all common changes are identified, shared and administered with a consistent approach.Conduct and facilitate quality improvement brain storm sessions with representatives’ throughout the KP Configuration Community to identify, assess, and improve common risks.

Responsible for performing and supervising complex financial and operational audits and advisory engagements of assigned organizational or functional activities by reviewing the effectiveness of controls, records, operations and proceduresIndependently conduct an Enterprise-wide Risk Assessment of KP regions including CA of all phases of the Payment for Outside Medical business process.Active participant in the development of ROC and Enterprise-wide standards for conducting & monitoring Claims Quality Assurance Audits. Active role in the development and training of the ROC Organizational Payment Accuracy Audits.
