I am a true believer in the New Zealand technology industry and spend my time focused on growing the dedicated businesses and people of this sector into a global force, changing the future shape of our economy. I am a Director at Potentia and specialize in delivering search and leadership people consulting services while helping our clients strategically transform their businesses for the modern age. In addition, I am responsible for customer quality at Potentia through the development of better services, tools and training for our brilliant nationwide team. Integrated with my 'day-job', I invest time and funds into helping start-ups grow. As an active Angel advisor/investor, and through Hillfarrane an early-stage VC, I offer funding and advice to founders as well as access to a wide professional network of willing supporters of this sector. My time is also spent with Flying Kiwi Angels, in their ADI clinic every week, helping founders refine their business models and craft their ideas.
