As a volunteer VA Ambassador, I’m heavily involved with the operational management of this local branch office. I provide operational support in coordinating transportation between our transport teams and the veterans, I review and handle inventory, and I also provide support for the information help desk in addition to many other crucial duties. This is such a fulfilling and rewarding experience for me, and it also allows me to utilize my skills and talents in a meaningful way.

I have worked for several private employers in managing household calendars, scheduling events and activities as the primary daytime guardian, and collaborating with numerous parties to ensure clear communication and smooth calendaring. I also created household budget reports and conducted daily cash reconciliations as I maintained primary responsibility for daily petty cash transactions.

I was quickly promoted to an assistant manger role at this start-up location, in which I managed a staff of five employees, handled employee recruitment and training, and oversaw all shift operations.
