Current- Successful completion of the Academy of Orthodontic Assisting; fulfilling requirements in technique, theory, and OSHA safety- CPR certified by the American Heart Association- Clinically trained to assist in bracings, wire changes, appliance removals, splint adjustments, records, x-rays- Knowledgeable in the use of I-CAT, iTero, and Trios Scanners- Educated in the Invisalign process as well as initial Invisalign delivery with bonded attachments- Diligent and meticulous note taking during new patient exams and consultations- Entrusted to discuss treatment needs with patients and explain step by step processes- Manager of inventory, stock, and ordering clinical supplies in 2 offices while maintaining vendor relationships- Digital uploading and knowledgeable in the use of Oasis - Assist in front office duties when needed which include answer phone calls, scheduling, filing and pulling charts- Laboratory work including taking alginate impressions, pouring stone models, fabricating retainers using Essix material
