With over seven years of work experience in project coordination and program management, I have developed and implemented various initiatives that support the well-being and resilience of diverse communities. As a program manager at Marine Corps Community Services, I worked with multiple stakeholders to design, execute, and evaluate programs for military families, such as recreation, education, and counseling services. I leveraged my skills in time management, data analytics, and point of sale systems to manage budgets, track outcomes, and optimize resources. I also applied my MS in Project Management and Leadership from Boston University to lead and motivate teams, communicate effectively, and solve problems creatively. As a project coordinator at Northeast Regional Children's Advocacy Center, I contributed to the mission of enhancing the response and prevention of child abuse and neglect by coordinating training, events, and partnerships.
