With a multifaceted role at AIG, my mission was to lead the charge in Knowledge Management (KM) and Information Governance (IG), ensuring that data stewardship aligned with the dynamic requirements of a global insurer across the law department. My efforts in tackling data preservation and disposition and modernizing legal hold processes have been pivotal in optimizing information lifecycle management. I also led the development and day-to-day management of a global eDiscovery and outsourced legal services providers vendor management program, achieving more than $600M in savings and cost avoidance for the corporate litigation and claims organizations. Leveraging analytical skills honed over the years, mentoring has become a cornerstone of my approach, fostering growth within the organization and on the Board of Trustees for the New York City Master Chorale.
