Change schedule when needed for all Technicians from 10/4, 2w/1w, 20/10.Install and setup special houses/skids with lighting, heating, power cables, and size according to OSHA/ANSI/Nabors.Create a standard of new lighting to cut costs on energy, longevity, and durability instead of repairing with outdated technology and equipment. Moved 70% of our current Rig lighting to LED fixtures at little cost for the future.Inspected equipment for preventive maintenance, created work orders for maintenance to go for all rigs, and made sure communication on proper procedure was understood and followed through.Rebuild/Replace costly assets when needed to insure Rig Operations run 24/7.Get with suppliers/vendors to always look out for the cheaper price to save the district money. Have vendors stock items we consider consumables to have stock on the shelf in the event of out of stock items in our inventory.Map my own career by setting up my own training, travel, and accommodations without the need of an administrator.Handle high pressure situations where 24 hour operations are halted, make judgment calls on equipment and repair accordingly, and always know the safety concerns/risks involved in daily tasks.
