Jun worked on building an insights and strategy practice in Designit’s New York City office. By bringing together integrated teams of service designers, researchers and a documentary filmmaker, he brought a unique approach to the discovery process. A key focus was helping digital solutions teams better understand formal and informal organizational work.

Jun built the technology practice at ReD Associates during his 9 year tenure, drawing global technology clients into the portfolio. His work has helped clients on better understanding and acting on opportunities in consumer technology based on the intersection of social and technology practices. Deeply driven to not only understand, but to develop ideas.
