Solving technical challenges for the world's best healthcare organizations.At Epic, I'm a technical lead on the Showroom & Vendor Integrations team, with a focus on interoperability and patient experience. Our mission is to keep patients at the heart of everything we do, and through our developer service offerings, we provide technologies, tools, and support that safely accelerate the adoption of standards-based software. We believe that making data available at the right time for patients and clinicians advances care and save lives. I collaborate with developers of applications that embed telehealth functionality and interactive, cloud-based education, helping them select and test the right standards-based and proprietary technologies to ultimately integrate their solutions across hundreds of Epic Community Members, reaching millions of patients and clinicians every day.Experiential problem-solving was a pillar of my educational background at Northeastern University. Throughout my time in Undergraduate Admissions I led the internal communications strategy, curating content for over 200 volunteer student ambassadors to drive higher prospective student engagement and application volume. My coursework challenged me and my project teams to apply engineering concepts to real-world problems, such as developing a homegrown application management solution for a non-profit organization, influencing my commitment to understand user needs through research to develop disruptive solutions that fundamentally improve processes and do good in the world.
