As the VP of Architecture at InMoment, I lead our Architecture Team, providing guidance and expertise to other engineering teams within the organization. I have expertise in architecting and developing distributed systems, particularly using technologies such as Kubernetes, AWS Cloud, and variety of programming languages and tools. I lead other members of my team by mentoring junior and senior engineers through code reviews, design reviews, and other techniques. I am a technical leader that is deep in the technology, but who is also able to delegate to the team effectively. I also have experience training other engineers in various technologies to scale our organization. Throughout my career I have designed several scalable, resilient distributed systems.
