His background combines expertise as a design director with several award winning design firms with a unique strategy focus he learned from his agency days. This combination of shopper based strategy and design leadership has led to much of his current success. Jason’s latest venture is Splash10 Design. With this new design studio, he’s intent on taking a strategic approach to the design of environments in multiple categories.

The Retail Design Institute is a nonprofit organization that "promotes the advancement and collaborative practice of creating selling environments”. RDI is the focused on the retail industry's creative professionals versus a vendor-­‐sponsored organization. RDI was founded in 1961 t o be a collaborative community where ideas, knowledge and passion would be shared at a local level and enable members to fulfill the fast-­‐paced planning and design needs of retail. Today, membership includes architects, graphic designers, lighting designers, interior designs, store planners, visual merchandisers, resource designers, brand strategists, educators, trade partners, editors and publishers, and students. RDI celebrates great retail design, sharing learnings, trends and innovation in the retail industry. RDI sponsors student competitions and scholarships. RDI is a chapter based, volunteer organization supported through membership dues and sponsorship. Sponsors are able to support the design community through our educational efforts. As Retail Design Director with RGLA Solutions, Jason brings 20+ years of experience in Retail Design. Combining expertise in design of retail environments with several award winning retail design firms and shopper marketing agencies, he brings a blend of shopper based strategy and thought leadership of the agency world, with the environmental design and and merchandising focus of the design community. Responsible for leading the design team in the shopper-based strategy, creative direction, design development and implementation of the projects.Jason has a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from the University of Cincinnati. He also is an award winning and nationally recognized fine artist and has shown his paintings in galleries in N.Y., Chicago, & Washington D.C.
