Responsibilities:- Primary work scope is to manage Active Directory Site and Site link management, like monitoring and replication- Restoring and backing up of Active Directory and Global Catalogue management- Implementing of both the Win 2000 and 2003 migration and upgrading Group Policy management.- Managing the Microsoft Exchange 2003 platform- Managing and maintaining of Active Directory for Win2k and Win2003 Domain eg restoring from backup tape, remote administration – carbon copy.- Involved in the capacity planning of client site and disaster recovery.- Maintaining directory structure, delegating administration, setting up trusts, monitoring replication, installing domain controllers, creating logon scripts and resolving directory related issues- Maintaining and handling of networks infrastructure like schedule downtime for router, switch and firewall watch-guard.- Managing backup schedule using Brightstore Arcserve and Veritas on Wintel servers.- Liaising with the Vendors on systems, security and network related issues

Supporting two major projects namely, Singapore Bus Service and Standard Chartered Bank. Mainly responsible for 1st & 2nd levels’ systems support, involving both hardware & software. Data backup management on both Windows 2000 and NT4 Systems. Taking care of the installation and upgrading of hardware and software on both servers and workstations. Evaluating software and hardware, proceeding to report to Systems Manager and Senior Systems Manager on evaluation results, justifying the cause for any purchase. On the Project Management Level, actively involved in liaison & co-ordination with vendors on systems upgrade projects.Responsibilities:- First and second line support (software, hardware and networks)- Optimum trouble-shooting and problem solving abilities developed- Project Team member responsible for migrating workstation to Windows 2000 operating systems.- Assisted in the building Windows 2000 Domain. - System administration over 200 nodes via remote access network connection.

Manage service centre team mainly responsible for servicing, repair & upgrading of Compaq’s proprietary workstations, personal computers & handheld devices. Provide training and support to staffs in troubleshooting and repair of Compaq’s proprietary system located in the service centre.Responsibilities:- Assisting in testing of new product range and servicing guide.- Managing all staff related issues and ensure that team members are fully trained and motivated.- Monitoring and controlling of monthly service quotas.
