Over two decades, he has worked with leaders in consumer electronics, mobile technology, Internet, media, software, healthcare, finance, telecom and security. Kaleem regularly speaks at international conferences on topics related to user experience and service design, strategy, and ethics, including the Interaction Design Association (IxDA) Interaction global conference, Ethnographic Praxis in Industry Conference (EPIC), and the IBM Centers for Advanced Studies Conference (CASCON). He is a professor at George Brown College School of Design, and industry advisor to OCAD University sLab and M.Design program. Kaleem is a Code for Canada advisor, fellowship judge and coach. He leads the UX Irregulars, the largest user experience design professionals' group in Canada; founded the UX Book Club Toronto; and co-founded the InteractionCamp unconference.Kaleem is an active member of professional user experience design groups that include the Association for Computing Machinery Special Interest Group on Computer-Human Interaction (ACM SIGCHI), the Information Architecture Institute (IAI) and the Interaction Design Association (IxDA).
