Worked on developing next generation scheduling platform at amazon to enable guaranteed appointments to customers and also enable service providers to maximize utilization of resources. Given that most of the services involve human interaction, developing the system to predict the variations in capacity.

Worked on creating a contract execution engine for fulfilling customer needs that distributed in nature. This project is named as CRATER. I have contributed in design and development of multiple components. Worked on evolving a Claim Based Service Allocation System that helps in routing service orders to different service providers on demand and based on quality. Developed systems/algorithms to allocate orders to best service providers.Worked on leading and developing an end to end unified delivery and service platform (UDS). Worked on developing various distributed systems that can enable sellers to sell both products and services together.

Worked on creating next generation Customer Return Platform. Contributed towards design and implementation of a distributed resolution fulfillment planner (RFP).Contributed towards extending returns platform multiple new e-commerce usecases.

Worked as a Software developer as a part of GSOC 2012 in the area of Text To Speech conversion with word level synchronisation. Worked on the research project with a PHD student from CMU called FLITE.
