The Operations Process Manager is responsible for the standardization, quality, efficiency, innovation, & improvement of robust operations processes, the systems & training that support them, & the quality of the resulting product & service outcomes for customers.Collaborates with Operations, IT, Finance, Sales, & Product Development to:Support activities & ensure customer products & services are provided on schedule, in scope, & within quality standards. The Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring & improving the performance, productivity & efficiency of departmental operations.⦁ Contributes to the development & formulation of long & short-range planning, policies, programs & objectives in conjunction with company officers & senior staff members.⦁ Develops a plan & establishes procedures for maintaining high standards to ensure that services meet &/or exceed established customer & company expectations.⦁ Manages & supervises operations personnel to accomplish established goals & ensure daily service level expectations are met. Including but not limited to bank reconciliations, balance sheet reconciliations, financial statement preparation, & financial analysis.- Identify & recommend methods to improve workflows, cut labor costs & improve cash flows. - Facilitate & execute the introduction of new technology to assist various accounting functions & to support company expansion.- Develop, implement and revise policies & procedures to define departmental standards and streamline workflows.- Develop & revise Training Manuals for each accounting function as needed.
