From February to November 2023, I was half of the leasing team for a bustling multi-family property that's home to 418 apartments. Beginning in December 2023, I took over leasing at a Class A property in West Des Moines.My day-to-day includes giving tours, heading office duties, keeping communication with residents and applicants, maintaining an attractive common space, conducting marketing surveys, auditing files, logging maintenance requests, making purchase orders, and advocating for residents' needs.

I conducted financial withdrawals, deposits, transfers, and foreign currency orders. I also initiated banker-client relationships by making the correct connection based on a client’s portfolio.

I communicated with senior living facilities to produce data about the COVID vaccination status of their employees and residents.

I reached out to 80 to 100 members per day to inform them about health support programs they qualified for before transferring the call to a nurse.

I learned clerical duties and shadowed attorneys, observing trials in the courtroom.
