Citta is a wholesaler and retailer of New Zealand designed home ware with two seasonal ranges as their point of difference. My role as the HR Manager reported directly to the Chief Operating Officer and was accountable for the delivery of all facets of the HR function and people strategy for 190 employees. I partnered with the Senior Managers of the business to advise, guide and coach them in handling all areas of human resource management from recruitment, induction, individual development planning, performance management to restructuring.

Red Honey is a New Zealand owned company that has a partnership with Estee Lauder to operate MAC stores at Britomart Precinct, St Lukes, Ponsonby & Botany, Jo Malone and Bobbi Brown at the Britomart Precinct in Auckland. My role of Senior HR Advisor was three days per week and reported directly to the Director of Red Honey to handle all aspects of Human Resource Management and Payroll for these independent stores employing 50 staff.
