• Manage client accounts - Provide sales reports to clients per agreed due dates. - Verify and process client invoices. - Initiate payment proposal to clients per due date. - Ensure all services provided to clients are claimed and collected correctly. - Coordinate standard costs adjustment. - Answer all client inquiries regarding financial matters. - Create reports as per request.• Process payment vouchers - Verify and key in sundry vendor payment vouchers as assigned • Participate in month-end and year-end closing • Handle Input VAT filing - Update Input/ Output VAT file - Prepare Input/ Output VAT • Taxation – Prepare tax account reconciliation (rental, professional, etc.)
