Manage and execute all email creation, campaign set-up, reporting and general marketing support for internal marketing automation platform (Marketo). Develop and manage leads throughout the lead lifecycle process and determine which initial leads are released to field sales force. Create and deploy lead scoring and lead nurture programs in order to drive and track behavior of sales leads. Provide campaign and KPI reporting to stakeholders to optimize results for future sales and marketing efforts. Continually work with internal Sales Operations team to ensure proper integration and functionality between Marketo and internal CRM Salesforce.com.
