I work with Gold, Platinum and Diamond HubSpot Agencys on delivery best practices to their clients and ensuring client retention. I consult on Sales and Marketing strategies, project planning using the full HubSpot Growth software, and leveraging the HubSpot Partner Program community to grow and scale agencies. Internally, I work on strategic cross-functional projects to enable our partners growth and engagement in the program.

HubSpot is inbound marketing and sales software that helps companies attract visitors, convert leads, and close customers.I onboard, train and consult with HubSpot’s Marketing Agency partners on the HubSpot software in order to successfully sell and deliver to their clients. I help maintain and grow strong relationships with HubSpot's partners and their clients.

MassChallenge is a large-scale startup accelerator program whose mission is catalyzing a startup renaissance by helping the entrepreneur succeed. I acted as the first point of contact for the startups for their business-­related needs and helped each obtain the resources he or she needs. I worked with the MassChallenge team to maximize the connectivity between the 128 startups and the greater MassChallenge community (including mentors, sponsors, supporters, alumni, etc.). I built connections within the community and developed relationships with in­kind service and goods­ providers who support our startups.

edX is an education startup co-founded by MIT and Harvard that partners with the world's top universities to produces MOOCs, massive open online courses, free to all.I was responsible for project management and coordination for the Education Services Department, including implementing software solutions for business management. I coordinated partner programming such as training, conferences, networking events, and webinars. I was also responsible for the execution of edX global partner conferences, ensuring high level of satisfaction of event participants.

I managed calendars, travel arrangements, logistics, and expense reports for multiple directors and brand managers. I also coordinated with multiple different functions and departments to accomplish managers’ goals and needs.

• Responsible for operations and outreach for internal and external mobilization, fundraising, and expansion using social media and digital marketing initiatives and campaigns. Created scalable project plans for instituting new campaigns aligned with mission.• Developed and directed seven campaigns per year, successfully executed measurable campaigns goals, implemented strategies to increase campaign reach and improve effectiveness. • Hired, trained, managed 75 volunteer staff, cultivating leadership and investment in the mission to create self-sustaining program teams. • Identify unique and strategic opportunities for engaging and building the organization’s brand with online media.• Established organization-wide online infrastructures for interdepartmental communication, campaign management, membership engagement, and future growth of the organization.
