Manage the Patient-Centered Primary Care Institute, a statewide partnership to connect primary care practices with technical assistance and resources to improve the quality of care they deliver to patients.- Oversight of the creation of initiative website in the first 90 days of employment (www.pcpci.org)- Created and now oversee a comprehensive communications strategy, including production of monthly live webinars, a series of online learning modules, an active blog and a monthly newsletter and with nearly 2,000 recipients- Engage content experts on day-long workshops week-long training programs for primary care practice participants and other stakeholders, including physicians, clinic administrators, quality improvement professionals, health plan executives and others- Partner with facilitators on learning and networking events for primary care transformation leaders to explore evidence based technical assistance interventions, how to effectively guide change, and leading transformation initiatives- Planning, facilitation and other support for meetings of inter-disciplinary multi-stakeholder groups to brainstorm, narrow and decide upon Institute programs and direction- Budgeting and tracking for nearly $2 million in projects, including managing a variety of subcontracts and overseeing the work of vendors and staff- Engaging executive director, project sponsors and other stakeholders in planning and drafting of strategic plan elements including a framework for evaluating existing and future programs- Continually scan the health care landscape in Oregon to understand the implications of policy changes, connect stakeholders to our work and to each other, and align Institute strategies and programs with an ever-evolving and complex environment

Developed, delivered and evaluated on-the-job, classroom, and online training for customer service, health care and administrative staff. Training topics ranged from orientation sessions, to those related to clinical skills, patient management software, customer service, and quality improvement initiatives.
