I managed a number of strategic redesign projects in the Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics, including the new First-Year Innovation and Research Experience which ran successfully during the 2015-2016 AY. All of these initiatives, which are currently being implemented and tinkered with at UNH, aim to increase the levels of meaningful engagement from our students and alumni, develop a sense of cohesion across student academic, career, and life experiences, as well as to elevate classroom learning outcomes by employing models of design thinking, new era content creation, game design and mentorship, among others. My main responsibilities as Strategic Project Manager ranged from identifying key stakeholders across the university, to creating an internship program, to developing curriculum and programming, to managing our blogs, video projects, and social media presence, to implementing and testing MVPs, to pitching projects to corporate partners, to overseeing project timelines, to leading technology development, and much more.

Dealing with such a large population, to ensure a more cohesive and positive student experience, I also strategized weekly with a panel of professors to better formulate weekly curriculum and study plans.

In collaboration with the Department Chair of Economics, I conducted research in the field of behavioral economics dealing predominantly with how to develop superior choice architectures by employing gamification principles and harnessing the power of narrative. This research has implications in both the business and educational spaces. Together we presented a concept for changing the way we teach economics to reflect this research at the American Economics Association 4th Annual Teaching Conference in Washington, D.C.
