Katie has over 10 years’ experience supporting Senior Executives. She joined Softcat in 2019 as a Personal Assistant to the CEO, CFO and Managing Director. During her time at Softcat her role has evolved with a company restructure and CEO transition, she now provides support to 4 Executives including the Non-Executive Chairman, CEO, CFO and CPO. Katie has built an established PA team that has grown from 2 to 7 PAs over the last 3 years which she now manages. Between us we support 26 Executives in the Leadership Team.Accolades that she is immensely proud of include being awarded Employee of the Month in August 2020, Qualifying for the Full Year Incentive to Bali in 2022 and Non-Sales Team of the Quarter in 2023. Katie is also a member of the Strategic PA Network.Prior to that, she worked at Costain Group PLC, an engineering solutions provider, where she started her Administration career as an Admin Assistant and developed herself over 5 years into an Executive Assistant.
