Publisher Success Manager
Current• Develop holistic audience strategies and implement technology solutions that drive sustainability for independent media publishers. • Work directly with publishers to optimize and manage reader revenue programs, onsite audience acquisition, newsletter products, lifecycle automations, reader revenue campaigns, first-party data strategies and more.• Onboard new clients to BlueLena's strategic services, email marketing and lifecycle management platform, and audience development curriculum. Onboarding entails developing custom strategy and messaging campaigns and playbooks; leading strategic proposals for optimizing or introducing new reader revenue model, benefits and rollout; auditing email service provider (ESP) accounts and migrating data to BlueLena's ESP; providing recommendations for preferred third-party monetization tech and coordinating data migrations.• Direct a growing portfolio of managed service clients who range across audience size, location, content access-control level, tax status and funding model. Support BlueLena Academy clients through project management and curriculum implementation.• Provide ongoing client education and consulting, supplemented with hands-on technical implementation. Help publishers manage an increasingly complex ecosystem of technology infrastructure and platforms.
