Managed several IT operational teams for clinical applications used at the Seton Family of Hospitals. Our QC team planned, executed and evaluated testing of Seton's (Cerner) EMR and up to 30 interfaced ancillary applications. Our physician support team performed proactive outreach, identifying current and potential adverse impacts to physicians and facilitating resolution. Other teams acted as IT liaison / project contact for rural hospitals & clinics, and managed fleet of portable and wall-mounted workstations.

I consult with clients migrating to a new software platform as a result of Convio's acquisition of GetActive. I'm responsible for scoping migration projects for large and key clients, and generally providing expert, accountable and creative solutions to prevent and resolve any issues that are barriers to a seamless transition. I also provide internal cross-platform training, knowledge and support to Convio and former GetActive employees. I love working directly with nonprofit clients and seeing the relief and excitement they feel when they know that Convio software can be a tool for success instead of a distraction from what's really important to their missions.
