Being able to understand the user and anticipate their questions, problems, and desires is at the forefront of my mind when developing my projects. Currently in hospitality and customer service as a server, I am tasked daily with curating a unique experience for each guest by going on a fact-finding mission for each client. Being able to understand my guests allows me to tailor their experience to fit everyone. Understanding the brand is crucial when building a product, my experience as a social media designer at the Sixty Vines Charlotte location has allowed me to develop that mindset. Down the line, I would like to specialize in UX Design and Product Design with an emphasis on research to receive tangible solutions to problems that may not be defined yet.
