About Ken Hall

I am the founder and Managing Director of RemoteHQ. I established RemoteHQ to provide specialist IT support to the Hospitality industry, identifying an opportunity to support Hotel owners and their need to keep their properties running 24/7 whilst delivering a seamless guest experience. We offer end-to-end IT solutions, onsite and remote IT support, project management services, which includes new hotel builds and openings, strategic planning and advice, and technical audits to a growing list of clients across ANZ. As someone who is passionate about the hospitality industry, I enjoy delivering the best possible solutions and outcomes for my clients. Collaborating with some of Australia’s best known hospitality brands is not only a privilege but it has also been incredibly fulfilling. Drawing on 20+ years’ experience in IT Network and systems, 15 years’ experience in Hospitality and with degrees in Business and Property, I am now enjoying building a team, who share the same passion for Hospitality and IT service delivery as I do. Our goal is to be the IT partner of choice for the hospitality industry.
