Twenty (25) years of experience in engineering, design and construction, serving as a Development Manager, Regional Manager, Project Manager, Project Engineer, and Project Coordinator, with assignments in transmission pipeline expansion projects, and midstream gathering infrastructure. Experience in the design of natural gas pipelines and facilities, construction administration, permitting, and contract documentation. Ability to problem solve at all levels of management. Specific project management includes as-built survey, permitting, right-of-way acquisition, detail design engineering, material procurement, construction inspection and process improvement. Additional experience includes municipal engineering, environmental permitting such as CAFRA, waterfront development, coastal/freshwater wetlands, USACoE permitting, and preparation of bid specifications and bid review.
