• Managed and co-located a project team together to carry out the LINK migrations at over 340 networked sites, with new circuits, new routers, additional routers and local connections.• Stakeholder engagement with suppliers such as MDNX, ONS, CommsCare, BT, Kellys, TalkTalk, MLL, Spirit. Customers such as ESCC, Schools, Health, Brighton & Hove Council, District and Borough Councils, Police and Fire and Rescue Services.• Implemented a site booking system, migration test scripts, user acceptance forms, project documentation and reporting.

• Gathered the requirements for a SPACES property matching solution and ENVMON database upgrades. Scoped the decommissioning of ICT equipment from the Anne of Cleves house.• Managed a team of five business analysts to work across three departments.
