I represented the company at national conferences, acted as Liaison Officer between the company and staff on site, provided review and oversight advice on projects, provided highway & railway infrastructure design and scheduling service while a consultant at Belstar Inc.

As a Transportation Engineer in the Washington-Baltimore Metropolitan area I developed roadway and light railway alignment alternatives, usually addressing a safety or traffic capacity concern. I developed a scope, schedule and budget for each alternative which also included costs estimates and environmental impact assessments for each proposed alternative.

Infrastructure Highway & Railway Design

At the Office of Planning an Preliminary Engineering for the Maryland State Highway Administration I designed highways, planned alignments, and developed an estimates for the scope, schedule, and budget for all categories of roadways. This was a process which examined all aspects of road design from start to finish, and involved continuous interaction with the public, various agency representatives and subsequent refinement based on comments and social-environmental impacts.
