Worked on Catia V5 Surfacing of Fisker Karma wheels from Show car Surface. Worked in HVAC group responsible for running under hood cooling systems and routing Instrument Panel and Floor Ducts utilizing blow molding and injection molded Parts.

Mayco International - Sterling Heights

I was on a small team of Designers developing Interior Hard Trim A Surface on Chrysler's new Durango and Grand Cherokee Models. Packaging, manufacturing and assembly were all areas of concentration.

Cadence Innovation / Venture Industries - Sterling Heights/Troy

I worked on numerous projects at Cadence Innovation (formerly Venture Industries.) I was a designer on 2005WK and 2006XK Instrument panels. I was in a group of 4 working on the 2007JS Interior Hard Trim from feas to 1st Surface to B-side. I also worked in the Chrysler Studio for the 2008WK Door Trim and IP and 2009XK IP A Surface Refresh, the 2010LZ Door.

I was a Catia designer on various programs while at Textron/C&A. I worked on the 2003CS Pacifica Instrument Panel, 2004LX Door Trim and Instrument Panels, and 2007JS Console. I worked on many injected molded and blow molded parts.

CATIA Design responsible for design and updates to prototype plastic components for HVAC and floor ducts with care for manufacturability and mechanical issues.

Johnson Controls Automotive - JCIC Auburn Hills, MI

CATIA Design responsible for design and updates to show and back side of interior hard trim, door trim components and rib cartridges.

Lear Corporation - Southfield, Rochester Hills, MI

CATIA Design responsible for design and detail of various seat components and development of prototype and production parts including stampings, foam pads, plastic side shields, handles and other components for multiple programs. Responsible for Design on 1996GS, 1998 AN/DN, 2000AN/DN/AN84.

General Motors -Truck And Bus (Contracted With AeroDetroit)

I worked in the Illustration Department responsible for manually updating Illustration and PDM PAD sheets for the plant.

Responsible for technical and finished illustrations of Ford/Mazda seat platforms. Large Layout exploded view assembly drawings as well as conceptual proposals were everyday details.
