I combine two sets of skills: B2B technical sales and manufacturing. My role is a customer-facing liaison with custom manufacturing, supporting both the needs and goals of the customer in conjunction with the needs and goals of manufacturing – responsibly and with integrity. On the B2B sales side, I am a customer relationship builder with the technical ability to understand customer needs and create solutions and satisfaction. Prospecting new accounts or upselling existing accounts happens from both inside sales and outside sales. Customer service is a top priority.On the manufacturing side, I draw from hands-on involvement in production, operations, manufacturing engineering, materials, and shipping and receiving. This deep experience provides the ability to not only understand the goals and technical issues of each function, it also allows me to work and communicate effectively with diverse groups to accomplish both company and customer goals. Interdepartmental interaction is both effective and fruitful.I enjoy becoming the technical resource person and am hard-working and detail-oriented. While teamwork and the buy-in of all parties are invaluable and productive, I also perform very well as an individual contributor. A customer-facing liaison to manufacturing in a custom manufacturing environment is my forte!
