Adult Ministries: I led the Spiritual Growth Ministry made up of staff and volunteers responsible for: Spiritual Growth, Community Life, Connections, Community Care, and Sunday morning classes. With over 2000 adults, our focus was to promote spiritual growth in the congregation and provide creative ways to help people engage in the Bible, biblical community, and personal growth. Our aim was to:* Help build opportunities for individuals and groups to engage in scripture together as families, small groups, and individuals* Equip leaders to build small group community where they can do life together, support, encourage, and study scripture * Equip leaders to provide care to individuals who are struggling* Provide workshops and classes to engage the mind and heartStudent Ministries Producer: As the producer, I oversaw and directed the weekly service. This included everything from the student-led games, worship team, and the small group curriculum. Each week's curriculum included learning techniques that drew the student into the conversation. Some of my favorites included a "choose your own adventures" that helped the students see the consequences of their choices. I also directed a Dinner and Show venue where the students had an opportunity to act out bible stories, and then discuss them over dinner in their groups. And finally, a Dating Talk Show that spoofed David Letterman and his band, with a panel of experts and some informative commercials.

Founder and Performance ConsultantAs an organizational development professional, I helped my clients solve their leadership and team performance challenges. I enjoyed partnering with leadership teams from Fortune 100 corporations to create innovative and effective strategies that worked to achieve their desired vision and goals. My main areas of focus included leadership development, emotional intelligence, and technical job skills. By diving into the business, I helped my clients identify performance gaps and growth opportunities. I then designed and developed a variety of training solutions including instructor-led, blended learning, online, video, simulations, learning maps, and interactive games. I facilitated training using an approach that ensured learning fun, interactive, and challenging.
