As the curriculum specialist, I develop curriculum, and ensure all existing course material remains accurate and current for both the students and master training specialists. This responsibility encompasses 90+ courses of instruction to include classroom, labs, and physical assessment criteria. Additionally, I spot-check training facilities throughout the U.S. and oversee the master training specialist program.Using my military background, teaching and public speaking ability, and my strong desire to still serve my country, I utilize a synergistic approach to ensure safety, up-to-date technology and processes are understood and available for my end-state users.
