- Develop and optimize semiconductor microfabrication processes, including deposition, lithography, etching, and packaging, in a cleanroom environment.
- Utilize equipment such as optical and e-beam lithography, chemical vapor deposition (CVD), and wet and dry etching to fabricate micro and nano scale devices.
- Conducted device characterization and process improvements for enhanced performance reliability.
- Collaborate with external clients to understand their requirements and delivere high-quality microfabricated devices within agreed timelines.
- Train and support lab users in equipment operation, process engineering, and cleanroom protocols.
